Politics Today – November 23, 2014

On this edition of Politics Today RCI’s Wojtek Gwiazda reports on the two federal by-elections, both won by the ruling Conservatives, this past Monday.

As well he reports on the decision by independent MP Maria Mourani to sign an Official Opposition NDP membership card, on a new Canadian government corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy for Canadian extractive companies abroad, on a meeting of the premiers and ministers of Canada’s most populous provinces of Ontario and Quebec, and on the need for earthquake proofing for the East Block of Canada’s Parliament Buildings.
