Agribition: major international agricultural event in Saskatchewan

It’s called the Canadian Western Agribition, and its the biggest livestock event in Canada, and one of the bigger agricultural trade shows on the entire ontinent.

Visitors from 65 countries

The 44th annual show is a six day event running this year from November 24 to the 29th. in the western city of Regina, Saskatchewan. Some 150,000 visitors are expected, with about 8,000 international guests from some 65 countries.

As a leading livestock event there are major cattle, sheep, bison, goat and horse exhibits and sales.

There are also hundreds of equipment and suppliers stands set up.

Over the six day event there will any number of specialty demonstrations of techniques, such as veterinary, animal and people skills, new equipment capability, new farming prcesses, and of course a variety of agricultural competitions, and one of the bigger semi-pro rodeos in North America
