Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird held a year-end press conference in Ottawa’s National Press Theatre on Friday (December 19).
In addition to announcing more economic sanctions and travel bans against Russia, the miniister also discussed a number of issues including the effectiveness of sanctions, the war against ISIS, and the protests in Hong Kong.
