The future of international broadcasting

We've already been reporting on the elimination of broadcasting services at RCI, Canada's international shortwave radio service. Today, we look at the world-wide struggle among international services. But, not everyone is pessimistic about the future of international broadcasting. The Link’s Ottawa correspondent Amanda Pfeffer tells us how some countries think it’s more important than ever to speak to the world.
