A chat with Paul Nguyen, the recipient of this year's Paul Yuzyk Award for Multiculturalism. Mr. Nguyen tells us how he goes about improving race relations by putting the neighbourhood he grew up in, Toronto's notorious Jane Finch area, on-line. is a labour of love that has become a community hub that's accessed from around the world.
