Marc Montgomery talks to Canadian Dr. Samantha Nutt. She is a founder of War Child, and a veteran of many years of humanitarian work with the United Nations and international NGOs. As a result of her work and research in some of the worst conflict zones in the world, she has looked into some of the root causes of conflict, why they can be so prolonged, as well as some questionable practices by aid organizations. Her critical look at these issues is contained in her new book Damned Nations: Greed, Guns, Armies, and Aid. We have three hardcover copies to give away.
