Ottawa police adopts policy banning racial profiling

The Ottawa Police have established a policy on racial profiling. That means police officers can no longer stop and check drivers merely because they're members of visible minorities. The policy was released less than two weeks ago, yet, as our Ottawa correspondent Valérie Morand reports,some people say it falls short of what a strong and clear policy on racial profiling should be.
