Helping coastal mega-cities cope with climate change

Marc Montgomery speaks with Nobel Peace Prize winning Canadian climate scientist Gordon McBean about his latest research project, Coastal Cities at Risk: Building Capacity for Managing Climate Change in Coastal Megacities.
