Preventing an Asian Carp invasion of the Great Lakes

As the International Joint Commission prepares to renegotiate of the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement, environmental groups concerned about the health of the Lakes are pushing for a permanent barrier between Mississippi River Basin and the Great Lakes. We talk to Jennifer Nalbone, the Director of Navigation and Invasive Species for the Ottawa-based Canada-U.S. coalition, Great Lakes United.  ( Photo:AP Photo/The Star Tribune, Marlin Levison )
