Canada and U.S. to discuss new measures to enhance border security

The Canadian government says it has consulted citizens about a new security deal with the United States. Canadians are concerned about privacy and the protection of their civil liberties. The minister of foreign affairs says he will take those concerns into account in finalizing an agreement. But critics are sceptical.
