Canada, developed nations, and climate 'fiscal cliff' of developing nations

Developing countries face more extreme weather and underfunded promises from the developed world as the United Nations Climate Change Conference started this week in Doha, Qatar.
And according to a new briefing from the international aid organization Oxfam, developing nations face a climate "fiscal cliff" if Canada and other developed countries do not come up with new money.
RCI's Wojtek Gwiazda spoke to Mark Fried, the Policy Coordinator for Oxfam Canada, and one of the researchers of the briefing.
