Aboriginal Alaskans more likely to suffer brain injury than other Alaskans
Since we launched our Arctic Health Series in May, we’ve been keeping a close eye on how health outcomes differ between Arctic aboriginal populations and those living in the South of their respective countries.
Our Eye on the Arctic colleagues over at Alaska Dispatch published an interesting article this Sunday from The Arctic Sounder’s Alex DeMarban looking at this very question as it relates to traumatic brain injury.
