Eye on the Arctic on RCI’s Tam-tam
For all the French-speakers out there, Eye on the Arctic was invited on Radio Canada International’s French-language current affairs show Tam-Tam Friday afternoon. Me and guest host Gilda Salomone discussed Eye on the Arctic and one of the big Arctic news items in Canada: the agreement signed between Quebec provincial premier Jean Charest and Makivik Corporation acknowledging the impact the sled dog massacres of the 1950s and 1960s had on the Inuit people.
