Europe should wage information warfare inside Russia says professor

- Europe should fight Russia’s information war inside Russia. Current measures taken by Western countries, such as fact-checking and sanctions, are not enough to stop disinformation, experts believe.
- James Pamment, an associate professor in strategic communication at Lund University advises European governments and believes it is important to take the information war to Russia.
- We need to get into their information environment because they are wreaking havoc in ours, and journalists and diaspora can be used, he says to Swedish Radio News.
