Hélène Parent

Hélène Parent has extensive management experience and in-depth knowledge of public broadcasting, having worked for a number of years in TV and radio, both in Montreal and Quebec’s regional markets. She’s held such Radio de Radio-Canada positions as Director, Regional Stations; Programming Director for Première Chaîne; and Director, Radio Development. She was appointed Director of Radio Canada International on January 4, 2011.
For CBC/Radio-Canada’s French Services, Hélène Parent also oversees on-air diversity, the Aboriginal strategy, and Access to Information Act matters.
