  • The risk of Russian acts of sabotage on Swedish soil and other security-threatening activities has increased, according to Sweden’s intelligence service, Säpo.
  • Säpo tells SVT News that most vulnerable to sabotage are weapons factories – and the defence industry organisation, Försvarsföretagen, says that there has been several break-in attempts recently.
  • Russia has been singled out as behind several incidents in Europe such as mysterious fires in weapons factories and attempted break-ins at sensitive facilities, and Säpo tells SVT News that the risk of similar incidents in Sweden has increased.
