Sweden’s armed forces want less costly ways to destroy enemy drones

- As the threat of enemy drones grows, Sweden’s Armed Forces need to find a cost-effective way of taking them down.
- The air defense’s robots cost several millon krona each, while the drones are cheap and can be launched in swarms of thousands.
- Because of this, the Air Defense Regiment in Halmstad is practicing using a less costly option – a Swedish air defense cannon from the 1930s.
