Fire bans in force across large parts of Sweden

  • The risk of wildfires is now high, very high or extremely high across nearly all of Sweden.
  • Hot weather and dry conditions are behind the increased fire risk.
  • Fire bans, and in some parts stringent fire bans, are in effect across most of the country. For information about restrictions in your area, check here.
