Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be a special guest at the next meeting of Nordic Prime Ministers, taking place in Iceland next month.

Iceland, the current president of the Nordic Council of Ministers, made the announcement on their website on Friday, and said societal resilience would be one of the gathering’s main topics.

The meeting will take place June 25-26 in Vestmannaeyjar, in southern Iceland.

Iceland assumed the rotating, one-year Nordic Council of Ministers’ presidency on January 1.

The presidency program is focused on Nordic cooperation, the green transition, and addressing climate change.
