PM: Sweden looking forward to continued cooperation with the US

  • Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson has congratulated Donald Trump who was yesterday sworn in as President of the United States.
  • Ulf Kristersson writes on X that Sweden looks forward to continued close cooperation with the United States.
  • However, Sweden’s Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard raised concerns about the US once again leaving the Paris Agreement, a UN treaty aimed at mitigating climate change.
