Many of the big stars in Hollywood for example are (or were) Canadian. From Mary Pickford, one of the first superstars and co-founder of the United Artists studio, to Micheal J Fox, John Candy, Mike Myers, Leslie Nielson, Martin Short, and on and on and on.
Now another Canadian with good looks and talent has gone south to the glitter and glamour to hang out with the likes of Johnny Depp, and has landed a major role in a new action film about to be released.
His name is Cloud-10 and he comes from near Welland in southern Ontario. He’s an all-white thoroughbred from the Blazing Colours farm.

Cloud 10 plays the role of “Silver”, the Lone Ranger’s horse in the new remake starting Armie Hammer as the Ranger, and Johnny Depp as Tonto.
April Wayenburg, owner of the Welland ranch says it began two years ago when she received a phone call from the US and someone asking about a horse she had for sale. There were many questions including if the mane was long, and if they had heard gunfire before.
Soon after a wrangler visited the farm. The films needed horses that not only looked the part but that were also well-behaved so the actors could ride them. He bought two horses, and they were off to Hollywood.
April Wayenburg says that when horses have been raised with a lot of contact with people, they become at ease around them. She adds,“ to have two horses in a Disney movie, well that’s cool”

-The Lone Ranger always uses perfect grammar and precise speech completely devoid of slang and colloquial phrases, at all times.
-When he has to use guns, The Lone Ranger never shoots to kill, but rather only to disarm his opponent as painlessly as possible.
-Logically, too, The Lone Ranger never wins against hopeless odds;
