Accidents involving wild boars increased by 63 percent in the first half of this year compared to 2011.

“They had a good year this year and the youngsters have survived, with good weather, so there are more wild boars and that’s why accidents rise,” says Daniel Söderberg, a game and wildlife manager for the Swedish Hunter’s Association.
