Bullying drives second teen to suicide

Rehtaeh Parsons’ mother is publicly saying cyberbullying was the cause of her 17 year-old daughter’s death.  The Nova Scotia teen had been hounded over the internet and in person ever since someone circulated a picture of her vomiting and, as she described it, being raped. Her mother is bitter that no charges were ever laid against the perpetrators. Now the police are going to review the case.
