Welcome to another edition of our online programme.
The regular team of Wojtek and Lynn, join me Marc as we once again talk about stories that were newsworthy this week across Canada
ListenWe start out with a most disturbing story about how difficult it is to control things on the internet, and of a tragedy that continues to haunt the family.

Its the story of teenage girl who says she was raped and photos were circulated around her school. After being harrassed and bullied for a year, she committed suicide.
Recently a new insult to her faimily occurred when an American online dating service skimmed the girl’s photo from google and used it in their Facebook advert saying “Find love in Canada”.
Lynn has that story.
We then have a story about an unusual sea-creature. Sharks are seemingly mysterious to us but scientists are continually studying them and learning more all the time.

There is one however, which is among the largest of predators on earth, about which even scientists know exceedingly little. It’s called the Greenland Shark, although it inhabits the cold Atlantic and Arctic waters off Canada’s east and north coasts.
Recently scientists at the Canadian Shark Research Lab in Dartmouth Nova Scotia had a chance to examine a large female specimen.
I took the opportunity to speak with the head of the lab, Steve Campana, and ask about this strange beast which seemingly can go from the surface to the deepest depths in he ocean.
