Canada’s three main federal political parties are in a last minute dash to raise funds on the last day of 2013. The ruling Conservative party and the opposition Liberal party are both saying they have almost reached the $2 million level in donations. The Official Opposition NDP party they’ve raised more than half a million dollars in their target of $750,000 by midnight on December 31.
