Politics Today – December 14, 2014

On this edition of Politics Today RCI’s Wojtek Gwiazda reports on a busy political week in Ottawa in the last week before the Christmas holidays.

He surveys reaction to a report by Canada’s national public broadcaster CBC/Radio-Canada that Canada is planning to choose Syrian refugees based on their religion, and the government’s official position.

As well he deals with ongoing differences between the premier of Canada’s most populous province of Ontario, Kathleen Wynne, and Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
