Panamania they’re calling it! The blow-out summer Toronto has in store, not just athletically with the Pam Am Games, but culturally and in all manner of entertainment.
The countdown is on, and as the games get going, the fun will begin as well. Artists, such as theatre director Robert Lepage who will premier a new work, entitled 887, are part of the experience.
The line-up was revealed yesterday, and tickets are already going for some of the most popular musical acts. Canadian groups such as, A Tribe Called Red, the Barra Mac Neils and Dragonette will be taking to the stage, as well as performers, Jan Arden, Tanya Taqaq and Damien Robitaille.
The Pan Am Games begin July 6th, and run until July 26th with the Parapan Am Games continuing from August 7th to 15th.
