Fete St. Jean, the provincial holiday in Quebec

Fete St. Jean, the annual holiday in the province of Quebec, took place yesterday, but today is the statutory holiday with many businesses closed, and the city of Montreal, rather quiet.

Elementary and high school students ended the school year on Friday so it is the beginning of summer for many families.

Many of our colleagues here at RCI are enjoying the wonderful weather we’re having, but tomorrow we’ll all be back at work, and getting ready for more summer holidays.
