High risk of wildfires in many parts of Sweden, including North

  • The risk of wildfires is biggest locally in Skåne, Gotland and eastern parts of southern and central Sweden.
  • Inland in the far north of Norrland is also very dry, with a high risk of wildfires.
  • A wildfire has been raging in Haninge, south of Stockholm, on Tuesday morning, but firefighters have now brought it under control.
