Wireless radiation is a danger to our health, and levels should be revised and decreased to be comparable with such countries such as China, Russia, Italy and Switzerland, according to Frank Clegg, the CEO of the citizens group Canadians for Safe Technology (C4ST).
On Monday (October 28) the group criticized Canada’s health ministry Health Canada for manipulating the outcome of an independent safety review by the Royal Society of Canada into radiation from cell phones, cell towers, WiFi and smart meters.
Clegg, a former president of Microsoft Canada, compares the challenge of reducing wireless radiation to the battles against smoking and leaded gasoline.
He believes if enough people are informed of the health impact of wireless radiation, change is possible.
RCI’s Wojtek Gwiazda spoke to Frank Clegg about the issue of wireless radiation.
