He also deals with the Council of the Federation meeting of the premiers of Canada’s ten provinces and three territories.
As well, he’s got details on the promise of Canada’s Finance Minister Jim Flaherty that after years of federal government deficits, there will be a $3.7 billion surplus in 2015, the year we will have a federal election.
