Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan is leading fact-finding trip to five African countries to study the possibility of sending peacekeepers to the continent. His delegation includes former UN commissioner for human rights Louise Arbour and retired general Romeo Dallaire, who commanded a peacekeeping mission during the Rwanda genocide in 1994. We see a dark-skinned man full face. He wears a dark-blue turban, has dark, gentle eyes, bushy eye brows and a beard and moustache that is full and more grey than dark. He has his left hand up to his ear.

They will visit visit the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
