Coco Rocha, Canadian supermodel, hates selfies

Coco Rocha is a Canadian model who works with the best international designers and graces the covers of the major fashion magazines.

Now she’s a co-author as well.  Her new book, “Study of Pose”, features 2,000 pages of her best.

Photographed in a simple, white leotard in just about every pose possible Rocha demonstrates just how much it can take to be at the top of one’s game.

The book was shot and co-authored by famed fashion photographer Steven Sebring, and begins with a foreword by Jean Paul Gaultier,

During a recent appearance on the Canadian talk show, Stephen & Chris, Coco Rocha explained why she hates selfies.  As she emptied her purse, revealing just what a super-model carries with her, she explained that since the dawn of the selfie, people can be so rude and invasive.

Before the “selfie” people would approach, perhaps offer to shake her hand, and keep their distance.  Now, she says, they step right into her, raising their cell phones into the air to capture a photo with her.
