The ongoing controversy over the use of temporary foreign workers in Canada included a new element on Wednesday (April 30): youth work exchanges between Canada and other countries.
In the House of Commons Question Period the government was asked to justify its use of very imbalanced exchanges, with many foreign students getting to come to Canada, and few going to the other country.
