Canada’s PM Harper on defence spending, special advisory force in Iraq

Following two days of meeting at a summit in Wales, leaders of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) agreed on Friday (September 5) to increase defence spending, move towards two per cent of Gross Domestic Product as a goal, and to increase the alliance’s flexibiility and capacity to react quickly to security situations.
