On this edition of Politics Today RCI’s Wojtek Gwiazda reports on a two-day strategy session of Canada’s Official Opposition NDP party in preparation for a federal election this year.

He also reports on the decision by Canada’s Finance Minister Joe Oliver to delay tabling the federal budget until at least April, and a report that Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird instructed his department to call budget cuts to foreign aid programs a “surplus”.
