Lynn Desjardins looked into the scandal that erupted as revelations of police spying on journalists in the province of Quebec came to light this week. Coincidentally, Edward Snowden was speaking by video-link to a standing-room-only group of McGill University students. He weighed in on the issues facing Canadians in what’s being described as the “post-privacy” society.

The Arctic Yearbook is a publication for those with a passion for the Arctic. Levon Sevunts is one of those people, and he shares his conversation with the woman behind the labour of love.

Marc Montgomery looked into the practice of “MOVEMBER” close to home. The annual event, that began in Australia in 2003, to raise awareness and money for men’s health, has caught on around the world. Marc speaks with the Quebec volunteer ambassador to find out how the cause is developing now that the mustache, and beards, are back in fashion.
