Sanjay Agnihotri is one of the organizers of the event in Mississauga and he says they’re hoping it will grow into another annual tradition.

The outdoor festival was planned to take advantage of the better weather than might be expected in mid-November. Sunday the forecast is for sunny skies with cloudy periods and a comfortable day-time temperature of 12 Celsius.

Entertainment, from Bollywood dance workshops, to popular singers and an appearance by Miss Canada India during the afternoon will lead to the fireworks finale at 8 pm.
