“We can’t pick them fast enough here”

And blueberries are going global. There are reports from west-coast British Columbia, that blueberry farms are now one of the premium investments for Chinese investors, looking to satisfy the growing market at home, when trade negotiations are finally worked out

Listen

Edwards’ says they can’t pick them fast enough, that so many people are now aware of the powerhouse little berry, and the health benefits attributed to them.

Gregg Edwards, whose blueberries are certified organic, says they’re a health wonder! He quotes noted nutritionist, Michael Pollan who describes blueberries as “Nutrient dense, nutrient rich”

“We do know that blueberries are a fabulous anti-oxidant.
